From the surgeon

“Your Full Arch journey begins with understanding your clinical situation, available bone, bite, treatment options and expected stages before travel arrangements are made.”
Suitability
A fixed full arch restoration may be considered when many teeth are missing or cannot be restored. Your clinical assessment determines whether it is suitable for you.
Suitability can only be confirmed after clinical and radiographic assessment.

Investment
Starting from $3,400 USD per arch
What determines your final cost

An intraoral scan records the details needed to plan your restoration with the laboratory team.
A provisional restoration may be fitted during healing when your clinical situation allows.

Clinical approach:
Implant dentistry isn’t just about replacing teeth. It’s about rebuilding function, aesthetics and confidence, with every stage planned as one complete treatment.
Common questions
Start with your case. The clinical team can review your records and discuss the next step.
Full Arch implants are a fixed dental solution that replaces an entire upper or lower arch of teeth using a set of dental implants as a foundation. Unlike removable dentures, the prosthetic teeth are anchored securely and function like natural teeth. The exact number of implants and the restorative approach depend on your individual clinical assessment.
Suitability depends on a number of clinical factors including your overall health, bone volume, bite relationship and oral condition. The only way to confirm suitability is through a clinical and radiographic assessment. Your free online case review is the first step in understanding whether this is appropriate for you.
The number of implants varies depending on your bone condition, anatomy and the restorative design chosen. Your clinical team will determine the appropriate number as part of your digital treatment plan.
In many cases, extraction and implant placement can be planned as part of the same treatment sequence. Whether this is clinically appropriate in your situation will be determined during assessment.
Some patients may receive a provisional fixed restoration on the day of surgery when immediate loading is clinically appropriate. It is not suitable for everyone. Bone density, healing and your individual clinical situation determine whether it is part of the plan.
The length of your stay depends on your individual treatment plan and the stages involved. This is discussed and planned as part of your personal treatment plan, before you make any travel arrangements.
Not always. The need for bone grafting depends on the quantity and quality of available bone, assessed through CBCT radiographic imaging. Some patients require grafting before or during implant placement; others do not.
We use established international implant systems with documented long-term clinical data. The specific system recommended for your case is discussed as part of your treatment plan.
The starting price is $3,400 USD per arch. Your final cost depends on your clinical requirements, including bone condition, implant number, implant system and restorative design. The team can prepare a personalised plan after reviewing your case.
Your patient coordinator can discuss practical arrangements after the clinical team has reviewed your case and proposed treatment stages.
Biel provides structured follow-up support after you return home. Remote consultations allow us to monitor your progress during the healing period. Any local dental check-ups required will be discussed as part of your post-treatment plan.
Share photographs, any X-rays or CBCT scans you already have, and a brief description of your situation. You can still begin without scans. The team will explain what to do next.
Private clinical assessment
